To Make a reservation

For customers from overseas, reservations must be made through a business with an address in Japan.

Direct reservations from overseas are not possible, so please be sure to make reservations through a Japanese entity (government agency, your company‘s Japanese subsidiary, or an affiliated company in Japan, travel agency, etc.). The information of that Japanese entity is also required as the guaranteed recipient in the event of a cancellation. 

(Accommodations are not appropriate as a guarantor.)

 

海外からのお客様は、日本国内に住所を置く事業者を通してのご予約となります。

海外からの直接のご予約はお受けできませんので、必ず日本法人（官公庁、貴社の日本法人、日本国内の関連会社、旅行代理店など）を通してご予約ください。

また、キャンセル時の保証先として、その日本法人の情報が必要となります。

 (キャンセル料金が発生した際の請求先として、日本国内の住所が必須となります。)

 

 

Languages/Interpreters

Please arrange for someone who understands Japanese or an interpreter, even if the tour is in English.　

Languages other than English are not available.

Even if you prefer English, you will need to arrange for an interpreter to your question.

For payment

We do not accept overseas remittance and credit cards. 
Please pay tour fee only with cash(JPY) on the day.

Or, the billing payment will be made through the Japanese entity.

 

海外送金やカード払いには対応しておりませんので、ツアー料金のお支払いは、当日の現金払い、

もしくは日本法人を通しての請求支払いとなります。

<Headcount change>

Please contact the Tour Desk at least one day in advance to change the number of participants.

Please note that the price reduction will not be made if the number of persons is changed after 09:00 on the day of the tour.

 

 

<Reservation date/time changes>

If you wish to change the date and time of your booking, you must cancel your booking.

Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy 14 days or more in advance.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is only possible until 15 days before. After that, cancellation charges will apply.

l  14 days before 09:00 30% of the tour price, based on the booking price at the time of cancellation.

l  5 days before 09:00 100% of the tour price, based on the booking price at the time of cancellation.
